If you tilt the container and see milky liquid separating from the yogurt, return to the counter and check again later.

If you're a less strict follower of the carnivore diet, we'd recommend adding in ingredients for flavor to your taste, such as sweetener alternatives, extracts, and zests.

Ingredients

  • 8oz full-fat cream cheese (room temp)
  • 4 large eggs (room temp)
  • 1.5 cups full-fat creme fraiche (room temp)

Process

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Butter a round cake pan and set aside. Fill a large oven-safe container with water and reserve for later use.
  2. Add all ingredients above to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment and mix on medium-low speed until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
