Commander (Jacket Material)	Enlarge Planet: Koboh \| Area: Loading GantryFrom the Hangar Rafters meditation point, go through the door ahead on the right, turn right, and jump across the gap to the climbable wall and then through the green laser gate. Climb up the blue wall, and go through the orange door at the top. Climb across the walls ahead to reach the chest.

Hunter (Shirt Material)	Enlarge Planet: Koboh \| Area: Forest ArrayFrom the Meditation Point, look towards the area with Koboh Dusts and a grappable railing. Drop down and grapple towards the railing as soon as you can. Climb up and you'll find the chest by a small platform you can drop down on.
Tactical (Shirt Material)	Enlarge Planet: Koboh \| Area: Rambler's Reach OutpostOn top of Doma's shop; grapple up to get there.

Hunter (Pants Material)	Enlarge Planet: Koboh \| Area: Forest ArrayFrom the center, set the Orb Coupler to face towards the west opening. Walk across and climb up and you'll find the chest below the far end of the railings.
Tactical (Pants Material)	Enlarge Planet: Koboh \| Area: Smuggler's TunnelsIn the lake in the middle of the cavern, dive underwater from the platform where Skoova is to find the chest.

From the spot where you get the Wanderer Shirt and Force Tear, look back where you came from to see a wall you can Dash onto. Dash to it and climb up to reach the chest.

Center Part (Hair)	Enlarge Planet: Koboh \| Area: Forward Control TowerFrom the Lucrehulk Core Meditation Point, use Life and Slam to bring the platform down infront and climb up. Follow the path up the stairs into the elevator and you'll find the chest up top.

You get the ISB Outfit in Nova Garon. However, after finishing the planet's mission and boarding the Mantis back to Koboh, you won't be able to equip or even view the ISB Outfit anymore. This means that the ISB Outfit is only equippable during the final segment of the Nova Garon mission.
