When I first entered, I didn’t expect to be greeted with smiles and jokes either, in my mind, charter schools like premier were for people with no future, but I was wrong. Premier High School taught me more than any school would have, it taught me responsibility, patience, courage, and pride. Diversity was huge and intermingling with teens of my ethnically background and past experiences was a breath of fresh air from having to fit into social norms at a public high school. The teachers were supportive of every decision I made, and helped me more than any other teachers I have had in the past. One-on-one time was excellent and really helped me grasped concepts that I otherwise would have not understood if not taught correctly. I especially appreciate their Alumni Network, as a way to continue helping me even after graduation. Overall, I would recommend this school to anyone....
