  1. Texas toast
  2. 1 teaspoon butter, softened
  3. 1/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  4. 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°. Spread 1 slice of Texas toast with 1 teaspoon softened butter; sprinkle with 1⁄4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese and 1⁄4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake on a baking sheet until cheese melts and edges begin to brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
