Costco Brought Back This Popular Holiday Treat, but It Won't Last Long (1)

Around this time every year, fun holiday treats appear in stores, giving us plenty to look forward to throughout the season. And while we appreciate brand-new festive items to get us in the spirit, we can't help but enjoy a good holiday comeback. Costco’s latest returning sweet treat is one we are incredibly excited to get our hands on.

Costco’s Kirkland Signature Peppermint Bark

Just as the holiday season officially began, Costco brought back its Kirkland Signature Peppermint Bark, a fan favorite for many shoppers, including us.The popular holiday bark includes white and dark chocolate coated in crushed peppermint candy for a sweet and minty taste, and the 21-ounce container costs $9.99.

TikTok’s Costco Aisles recently boasted about the candy being seen back at Costco, noting its signature “Belgian chocolate (dark and white chocolate) and all-natural peppermint.”

On Instagram, Laura Lamb of costcohotfinds was thrilled to see it back in the Costco bakery and excitedly shared, “love this peppermint bark so much!!!" Others commented saying that it's “the best."

The bark’s popularity isn’t new. In a past Reddit thread, one user said, “The Kirkland brand peppermint bark in the bakery is absolutely fire…way better than the individually wrapped Ghirardelli peppermint bark.” Others said it’s “the best part of the holidays!”

We have to agree with the positive reviews. While we love all kinds of festive desserts, this peppermint bark makes for easy snacking with tons of holiday flavor. It’s like an old, familiar friend we can’t wait to reintroduce to our cup of creamy hot cocoa on a chilly afternoon.
