Transcripts & Diplomas

How do I get information about my academic records and other materials I will need to help me transfer?
The Registrar’s Office will continue to be available to assist students with requests and concerns after Friday, June 7. It can be contacted atregistrar@uarts.edu.

How do I get a copy of my transcript?
Transcript requests should be submitted through theNational Student Clearinghouse Transcript Services(NSCH).

  • Free Electronic Transcripts:A pathway has been established for students to request a free electronic transcript. From the first page in the request form presented by NSCH includes the question, "Are you a student impacted by the closure seeking transfer?" , confirm that you were impacted and are seeking transfer. This will take you down a free path for requesting a transcript. Electronic transcripts do not expire, remain official, and can be used an unlimited number of times. We are unable to generate electronic transcripts for students who attended prior to 1994.
  • Paper Transcripts:A fee remains for requesting paper transcripts. As we are unable to generate electronic transcripts for students who attended prior to 1994, these students are currently only able to request a paper transcript and pay the associated fee.
