I have been training here for a little over a month and it has been a great experience. The atmosphere is great and I always feel welcomed by the team. The senior team members are always willing to help you get better. Professor Manny is truly dedicated and he makes sure that you focus on little details that make a huge difference. The gym treats you like family

I was training at a kickboxing gym that started to teach BJJ twice a week. I realized I loved it and started to look for a full-time BJJ gym. There are many in my area but when I found Carlson Gracie Manny Soares, I know I found the right place. Coach Manny cultivates a strong feeling of family and support, which is incredibly important in BJJ because jiu jitsu is really hard and you need to know you can lean on your team on those tough days. Coach Manny is so happy and empowering and an excellent instructor in all the classes he teaches. The people at this CG are equally as lovely, and I am so lucky to have found a team of people invested in my success on the mats. My only regret is that I didn’t find CG sooner.

Manny is a great teacher. My son who is 12 years old just started doing boxing and kick boxing with Manny and he is very patient, calm and knows how to teach and get great results. My son Had a great work out. I highly recommend Manny and his place!! We loved it and now will come back every week.

I’ve tried a couple of different jujitsu gyms. This is the best place to go. Not just for the training but for the full jujitsu experience. Manny is very personable and just wants you to get better. It’s not just a gym it’s a family

Manny is an excellent teacher who makes everyone feel part of a big family that we call Brazilian jiu jitsu. Plus his 30 years of experience with martial arts. I have difficulties learning anything, but manny always has patience with me and with all levels of graduation. Best gym in Florida! OSS.

This school is the best in the area! The coaches are great. Professor Manny really cares about his students. You feel like part of the family as soon as you step on the mats. They took me in and made me feel right at home. It doesn’t matter if you’re an expert or just beginning, professor Manny just wants you to learn and feel like part of the team. I’m forever grateful to professor Manny and his team for always caring and pushing each of us to be the best we can.

Can’t say enough good things about this gym and professor Manny. Great group of guys and girls who train here and are very welcoming to newcomers. Manny is patient and detail-oriented. He takes the time to make sure his students can practice BJJ safely and with expert instruction. I’ve been training for a short time and feel like I’m part of the family. Manny offers a great schedule with classes beginning most days at 7 AM and running throughout the day into the late evening.
