When you use a UPS or USPS prepaid label, we’ll give you a QR code to show to your carrier. There’s no need for a printer.
Just package your item and bring it to The UPS Store or USPS Post Office near you. They’ll scan the QR code on your phone and ship off the package. You can find your QR code in your email or on the Order Status page. Don’t worry, if you’d still like to print your UPS or USPS label, you can find it in your email once your item’s sold.

Find a USPS location with a Label Broker self-service kiosk, and take your ready-to-ship package and your Label Broker ID to the kiosk. Not sure if there's space for your large parcel? If you have a QR code, scan it at the locker and close the door or the staff at the shop will scan the code and take it. No need for a label, our couriers will add one when they pick up your parcel.
With Mercari Pack and Ship, you'll be emailed a UPS shipping code after the sale. All you need to do is take this shipping code to the nearest UPS Store. The UPS Store associate uses the code to package and ship the product on your behalf.

With USPS Label Broker®, ecommerce businesses and merchants can give their customers an easier way to print outbound and return shipping labels. Participating label providers simply give customers a Label Broker ID with a QR code and let USPS® do the label printing.
When a package is shipped with UPS, a unique QR code is generated and printed on the shipping label. This code can be scanned by a smartphone or other device with a QR code reader app, which will then take the user to a webpage with detailed information about the package's status, location, and estimated delivery date.
If Mercari prepaid labels don't meet the packing guidelines set by your carrier, please select the “Ship on your own” option. If your item isn't fragile or bendable, use an envelope, poly mailer, or softpak (this is perfect for smaller items like clothing). For all other items, use the smallest box you can.
When a buyer purchases your item, a Mercari prepaid label will be automatically created and sent to your email address. You can also find your shipping label under the Order Status page to select your preferred label paper size, download, and print.
When you are ready to send your package, you can go directly to the USPS Self Service Kiosk to scan and print it, or you can choose to the USPS store counter and show the staff your QR code and the USPS staff will take care of the rest of the shipping process: Scan your QR code.
How It Works. Instead of printing a shipping label, sellers can receive a QR code through their email and show it at the post office, where they will print the label on the seller's behalf and ship their item.
