This thread popped into my head last night. My wife's school is having a run of "covid". This is a small school, roughly 20 teachers. 5 teachers are out, 3 pretty severe. One common thread amongst them: all were big time Vax proponents and mask nazis. All of them gave my wife crap for not getting the shot, and for not wanting the masks.

I feel bad they're sick, and don't want any harm to come to them. I also hope they can see that there may be some reason to both sides, not just their own.

So I've been hearing about this and confirms my suspicions too. Anyone on the forum have bad covid recently and not been vaxxed? I don't really know of anyone in my extended circle so I'd like to know more. Hope all get better soon!

Happening here in West Texas too. Some getting covid, some not bad, some sicker longer than others.

Family member had the kids over, entire family got it including him. A getting better.

Don't know anyone not vaxxed, who got covid. I had something, 3 days and done. Fever, some chills, Flu? IDK. Not getting a Flu shot if I had the Flu.

As for the Kill shot. 2 and done. Word's out. Not drinking anymore kool aid around here.

Billboards, TV, radio adds out to get the new shot even out here. Schools, work, don't mandate it. New shot not tested, no liability. It's 2 shots in one, IMO.

Another Fam had an Aunt go into hospital, standard treatment, ? intubation, and Remdisivir.
Instant kidney failure. RIP Auntie.

Hospital checked all the boxes for the check, death included. No extra charge.

Today's update from my wife's school: A total of 16 staff members out! That includes aids, clerical and cafeteria. Unknown if they will be able to staff enough to even open tomorrow. More than half tested positive. Who knows about the rest. Of those absent, my wife could only think of one that may not have been vaxxed...
