What do the Gold Pass settings mean?

None (0%) - No Gold Pass boosts
Realistic (17%) - An average reduction if you unlock the boosts naturally throughout the month

This section is primarily theorycrafting to calculate a rough cost if you were to use Gems to complete all of the upgrades for this Town Hall level.

These costs and calculations make a number of assumptions:

20% Gold Pass boosts are active (doesn't include Gold Pass cost or Gem cost of unlocking the highest boosts).
Perfect resource spending, whereas in reality it would be difficult to fully empty your storages each time before filling resulting in slightly higher Gem costs.
Time calculations include gemming each individual upgrade time for improved accuracy.
Use of Magic Items or special offers aren't factored in.
