They can fill in the required form and, if necessary, upload it online along with a valid ID and address proof, as well as an affidavit in the form of Annex-I. Applicants must pay the processing fee after sending the form and the documentation to pick a suitable date and time slot for the appointment at the nearest Seva Kendra Passport.
