Loyal Campbell’s customers have been left frantically searching for the last few tins, which remain available online for almost £50.

The issue is down to supplier problems and the soups should return soon, sources have told The Sun.

Campbell’s said the shortages might have come as a result of discussions over a new licensee partner in the UK.
