Widely adopted in Japan, curry is used in many very popular dishes, Curry paste for katsu is a base for preparing a tasty and rich in taste curry with a thick texure, this mild curry paste can be used to accompany your tonkatsu, chickenkatsu and ebikatsu but you can use it however you like with vegetables and rice for exemple.
