Natural light is everything when it comes to making food look good. Position your serving table where there is a small amount of natural light streaming in through a window, but avoid any harsh sunlight or artificial lighting.

Offer individually portioned food

Rather than offering a buffet or potluck with large platters of food for guests to serve to themselves, you should separate food into individually portioned servings. This way, very few people will touch each food item, reducing the spread of germs.

If possible, try to avoid language such as, “I can't have ____” or “I'm not allowed to have ___.” Try and use positive language about what foods you CAN have. Prepare. Bring a healthy snack to a party or eat beforehand. This way, you will not feel starving and tempted to eat unhealthy.
