Meat and Fruit Diet: Fad or Revolutionary New Diet? (2024)

The meat and fruit diet has taken life since notorious podcaster Joe Rogan committed to only eating meat and fruit for a complete month last January. But this isn't anything new or surprising. In fact, Rogan has been known to go on a carnivore diet come January each year.

On that same note, high-protein diets have taken mainstream by storm.

Especially those comprised of meat, and simply just meat, which is also known as the Carnivore Diet. Whilethis meat-only diet sounds restrictive and not the healthiest of diet plans, it can garner some positive benefits like weight loss, mental clarity, and increased energy.
