A happy, balanced Chakra allows us toexperience and express our authentic selves. We are able to find inner peace, tap into our creativity and use our personal powers to achieve our highestaspirations.

And as we let our own light shine,
we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

Marianne Williamson

The Solar Plexus Chakra is the ‘sun’ centre of your body. It is here that we find ego, willpower, assertiveness and strength. While all of these traits can push one to success, they can also drive other emotions and behaviours if it is not balanced. Jealousy, delusion and bossiness can result if we don’t keep this Chakra in check.

Dealing with these issues in this Chakra is important before we move to the heart Chakra to heal and work on compassion.
