Can You Make Them Ahead?

Yes you can make them in advance and store in fridge for 1-2 days. You can cook these delicious party appetisers when you are ready to eat and serve them hot.

If you want to make these cutlets several days ahead of party you can freeze them on a tray in single layer first. After 2 hours transfer these veg cutlets in a ziplock bag and store them in freezer for 2-3 months.

How to Fry Frozen Cutlets

When You are ready to serve thaw them on counter for 10 minutes and pan fry them. If you want to make cutlets in Air fryer you do not need to thaw them at all. Straight away place them in preheated air fryer and Air fry at 180C for 10 minutes.
