Just moved to PA and am trying to set up internet. @sectv explain to me why was I asked to send a copy of my lease agreement to APPLY for services? I wasn't even asked what service I was interested in. I have lived in 3 states so far, this is the only one that has asked me this.

@sectv Why am I pulling .3Mb download speeds with a 300Mb package... I can't even get on the internet & yes, i've went thru every single little internet "fix" that was available on the internet.
