Common questions

Will I be charged when my 14-day free trial is up?

No. We don't ask for a credit card to try Session, so we can't charge you until you decide you want to become a customer. 100% your call, no surprises.

Can I save money by switching to a yearly plan?

Yes! Get 3 months FREE (save $60) when you choose our yearly plan. We charge a one-time payment of $168 (USD) for the year.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. Session is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long-term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month or year-to-year. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month or year depending on your plan, but you won’t be billed again.

Do I lose access to Session and my data if I cancel?

No. You will always be able to access your Session account and your data. However, You will no longer be able to book new sessions.

Do you take commission fees?

Session does not collect commissions. We only charge you a subscription fee; however, Stripe, Square, and PayPal/Venmo will charge their own standard base rate transaction fees.

What types of payment do you accept for subscriptions after the trial ends?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. We only accept payments online.
