How to Find Someone in St. Lucie County Jail

Finding someone in St. Lucie County Jail in Ft. Pierce is very easy now. The facility has their jail roster open to the public. You can find their jail tracker on the St. Lucie County Jail website.

You can search the records by the inmates first and last name. When doing a successful search, you will see their booking number, personal identifying information, what charges they have on them, and even see their mugshot.

Sending a Mail/Care Package

Inmates can get letters, photographs, and money orders for their commissary account. The photos cannot be in sexual nature or contain any sort of nudity.

Sending Money

You can fund the inmate’s commissary account by going to the kiosk in the St. Lucie County Jail lobby. You can use the kiosk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. At the kiosk cash, Visa, Discover, and Mastercard’s will be accepted.

If you do not live close to the jail or do not feel like going down to the jail, you can mail a money order to the jail itself. All money orders must be payable to the St. Lucie County Jail.

Visitation

All visits in St. Lucie County Jail cannot be guaranteed. The Sheriff or his or her designee will either approve or deny visits.

You should get to the jail at least 15 minutes before your visit appointment time.

Please know that all your belongings should stay in your car. You will not be able to bring anything into the visitation room. Visitors will be subjected to searches. Visitors must adhere to a strict dress code. Jail staff can deny visitation for any circ*mstances.

How Often Can I Visit?

Inmates are only allowed to have one visit per calendar week. This visit can have a maximum of three people. This count also includes children.

The visiting starts in first in, first out type of fashion. No new visitors will be allowed in 45 minutes before the end of the visit day. 45 minutes before the end of the visit day officers start escorting those who were first in out of the visitor room.
