ZELLE RENT PAYMENT (2024)

ZELLE PAYMENT RECORD

Rent payment is due 11:59pm PST on the 3rd of each month

Rent is paid to the unit owner by Zelle – unit owner’s Zelle payment info is listed on your lease agreement

You are required to provide your rent payment record to Management each month as below by the due date:

Email a screenshot of the Zelle payment amount, confirmation number & issue date to emily@cvtliving.com

If your Android does not allow screenshots, you can log-in to your bank from a desktop browser to find your Zelle activity.

Alternatively, your bank may send you an email with the info once you have issued payment, you can forward the email to Emily.

If your bank has Zelle

Go to Zelle in your online banking to assign your email or phone number to your Zelle account.

Use the same email/phone number that is linked with your bank account.

If you have more than 1 bank account, please use the account that you pay rent from & assign a separate email/phone to it.

If your bank does not have Zelle

Download Zelle app on your phone.

Provide your debit card info to set up an account & assign your bank account’s designated email/phone number to your Zelle account.

You will need to call Zelle to verify your debit card account.

Please note that there may be a temporary daily amount limit for the 1st payment you issue to a new recipient.

Each bank varies, please check with your bank to see if they have a limit.

The daily limit is usually $500 and will be lifted after the 1st payment has successfully processed.

You may need to split your payment into installments over a few days.

Please prepare in advance to finish submitting your payment in installments by the due date.
