Kilmer's Market is a five-day a week retail operation that offers hot and cold entrees with a variety of healthy side dishes.

RU Express is the official university debit account. It offers a convenient cash-free alternative that allows students, faculty, and staff to use their RUconnection ID card like a debit card. RU Express is administered in both the Rutgers Camden and New Brunswick/Piscataway campuses.

Three (3) total meal swipes per day is permitted across all retail/dining hall takeout operations.

Starbucks TruckAccepts Meal Plans

The famous Starbucks Truck, being that it is only one of six in the country, serves the entire menu from any other Starbucks location including the sandwiches and pastries. RU Express is accepted. See our retail policy for meal swipe specifics.

Aggie Cash can be used at any Dining location, Campus Food Trucks and ASUCD locations.

Instead, balances will continue to roll over from semester to semester, year after year. Funds deposited to the account must be expended by performing sales transactions. Cash withdrawals may not be made from the account. RU Express funds may not be utilized to pay for any term bill charges.

Types of Housing

Traditional Residence Halls: Individual students or a group of two interested in living in an upper-class residence hall. Both single and double occupancy rooms will be offered in this process. Groups of 2 may NOT select single-occupancy rooms.

When can my student join a fraternity or sorority? First year students must wait until their second semester to join. Transfer students may join during their first semester at Rutgers. Recruitment (also referred to as "rush week" or "intake") takes place within the first two weeks of each semester.

Each year, two full-tuition scholarships are awarded to incoming students who have demonstrated academic merit and financial need, though not necessarily by federal guidelines. The scholarship is renewable for up to four years.

Meal Swipe Exchanges are available in the LSU Student Union locations only, excluding Chick-Fil-A & Panda Express. If purchase exceeds $8.50, guest will choose what tender they want to use for the balance. (Paw Points, TigerCASH, Credit Card, Cash).

Student meal plans cover all dining locations on campus. Swipes can be used at Social House, Carillon Place, Kreischer Sundial, and markets throughout campus.

Dining Hall Swipes- Grants access to Food Hall at Gator Corner, The Eatery at Broward Hall, and the Racquet Club Dining Center.

Dining Plan Options

Meal Exchange – a meal a student can use at Flamingo Runs, The Bean & Creamery, Southeast Café, or Shake Smart for a combo/item or at Babco*ck Dairy and Wisconsin Union locations for a $5 credit that counts as a meal swipe (only redeemable in these Housing Dining, Babco*ck, and Union locations).
