Weld County Department of Human Services partnered with IdentoGO®, on behalf of the State of Colorado, to provide fingerprinting services for employment and background checks through the new Colorado Applicant Background Service (CABS) program.
Customers requiring fingerprinting services must schedule an appointmentusing the link below or by calling IdentoGO® customer service with information provided by the requesting agency. Not all locations provide the necessary services to obtain a full background check, but matching locations will be given during the appointment scheduling. Retail services are not offered at the Weld County location. Translation support not available.
Clients must first pre-enroll andschedule an appointment, or by calling the IdentoGo®Call Center at(844) 539-5539.
Please note that an appointment is required and walk-ins will not be accepted.
Debit card, credit card, business checks or money order accepted in the exact amount.PERSONAL CHECKS AND CASH NOT ACCEPTED.
Fingerprinting Payment Method
Acceptable forms of payment:
- Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express
- Money order
- Bank (cashier's) check
- Preprinted business check made payable to "IdentoGO”.No personal checks will be accepted.
Payment must be in U.S. funds.
Notice:
Business checks and money orders are being phased out. Eventually, credit/debit cards will be the only authorized form of payment. *Customers paying by credit card, must be accompanied by the card holder or company representative at time of payment. Please check the box if the card holder is different from the applicant. The card holder will need to sign for the credit card authorization. They must present an ID reasonably matching the name on the credit/debit card. Prepaid credit/debit cards bearing no name may be accepted. Enter the customer’s name in the appropriate field when processing payment.
