First math professor I took at DSC. After 3 weeks 4 students dropped the class, including me. Her grading is insanely unfair and she is way too strict on her tests. I wrote "true" instead of "yes" on a test and she marked it wrong. She's mean and unhelpful too. Saw her snap at a student during class. Avoid her, she'll make you hate math.

she must go by the syllabus that they have for the class, the syllabus is from the math department as a whole. If a professor does something different than the syllabus states or the math department doesn't want them to do. The professor will be given a warning or up to termination. If anyone has an issue with the videos she show its not her fault

Not only is she very rude, but much like everyone else has said: she gets angry and refuses to help if you need it. She explains things in such complicated ways that it has done more harm than good. Furthermore, her grading style is inconsistent and as someone else said - based on work / her preference, not on a correct answer / outcome.

She is very rude, and god forbid you ask a question there is not enough time in class to go over it. I learned more on Youtube, than in her class. If you want to deal with the a stressful pre class ... Take her class then!!!

All of her lectures were off videos. She didn't really teach you anything unless it was going over homework. She doesn't grade by the answer correct but by how you did your work. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

All instrustion from videos. Goes over simple concepts needlessly, pounding some to death. Passes over some important things as if it is common knowledge. Highlight of semester, when we had a substitute. Would not recommend to anyone needing help with math

She is very Nice. She does get Frustrated easy, specially if a lot of people have questions. Class attendance is a must, specially if you want full credit for your HW assignments. Overall, she is not so bad.

She was a horrible teacher. She got in students' faces and yelled at them like they were children and got irritated if anyone asked her to go over anything. When students told her they were going to report her she said"I am a temp teacher, go ahead". Was a very poor learning environment and I do not recommend anyone to take her.

I failed this class cause she does not teach. And its true if you don't understand and want her to go over a problem, she gets irriated. SHE DOES NOT EXPLAIN THE CONCEPTS RIGHT!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HER AT ALL!!

Maybe its because the math department is trying out this new thing online, but i have learned nothing from this teacher in class. She only goes over one section then expects you to do the other 3 sections on your own. Me personally can't learn from the book. When you ask to many questions in class about a section she tends to get aggrevated easily
